The Hair & Makeup

I was always going to be very picky with my wedding makeup and Tanisha managed to get it just right! I had a brown smoky eye, pink blush with Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Patina on my lips. I don’t remember too many of the exact products she used, the ones I remember are – the MUFE Ultra HD Foundation, Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo and the Viseart Eyeshadow Palettes.

I had a couple of trials with Courtney to get my hair to look the way I wanted but also to stay up all day. In the end we cut about 20-30cms off my hair two days before the wedding and it stayed perfectly until I took it out at the end of the night.

Your make up looks incredible! I’m only catching up with your posts now and I’m so excited to click over and read about the venue. I’m needing to book another hair trial… Make up was easy for me because I don’t really have too many preferences about from long-lasting base whereas hair I feel not like ‘me’ pretty easily. I’ve never walked out of the hairdressers and been like ‘fuck yeah I love it’…. Does that make any sense lol!

I would really recommend doing as many trials as you need until you find something that makes you happy!

You look absolutely beautiful! Your makeup and hair is just perfect, I also really love the delicate floral pattern of your dressing gown, you just look perfect in these pictures! How was your Stila lipstick choice? Did if work for you? The colour is great!
